What To Expect

Over eight weeks, you’ll rebuild the lean muscle and strength lost during the season. This phase prioritizes lower-body hypertrophy, upper-body contact strength, and ankle stability to create a stronger, more durable foundation before off-season intensity ramps up.

The Commitment

Small-group program built specifically for competitive hockey athletes. Training runs three structured sessions per week, with only 32 total spots available across four focused groups to ensure coaching, accountability, and consistent execution.

Inside The 8-Week Prep & Build Phase

This is the foundational phase that sets up your entire off-season.  

Hypertrophy & Strength Rebuild Phase (Weeks 1–4)

This first phase focuses on rebuilding the lean muscle and strength lost during the season. Lower-body hypertrophy is prioritized to restore power potential, while upper-body strength work improves contact stability and durability.

Ankle Stiffness & Stability

 

Throughout all eight weeks, we emphasize ankle stiffness, foot strength, and joint integrity. This improves force transfer into the ice and reduces the risk of injuries that often appear during high-intensity off-season training.

This is what allows speed and power work to actually translate later. 

Progressive Strength to Power Transition (Weeks 5–8)

Still continuing to build size and strength, we begin transitioning toward more explosive intent. The goal is to move heavy weights fast to increase force output.

Small-Group, High-Accountability Environment

Training is limited to just 32 athletes across four small groups. Every session is coached, corrected, and progression-based — no hiding in the back, no going through the motions.

You’ll train alongside junior, college, and pro-level athletes who set the standard. The environment is competitive, focused, and built for players who take their development seriously.
