What To Expect
Over eight weeks, you’ll rebuild the lean muscle and strength lost during the season. This phase prioritizes lower-body hypertrophy, upper-body contact strength, and ankle stability to create a stronger, more durable foundation before off-season intensity ramps up.
The Commitment
Small-group program built specifically for competitive hockey athletes. Training runs three structured sessions per week, with only 32 total spots available across four focused groups to ensure coaching, accountability, and consistent execution.
